The program facilitates the establishment and expansion of your market presence in China. The competition offers you a low-risk environment for familiarization with the Chinese market at a reasonable cost and without the need for large upfront investments. Smart China Expo is one of the world's most important tech trade shows. Last year, the event showcased more than 100 new products on and offline, and signed contracts for 71 projects worth about RMB271.2 billion (about €34.8 billion). Entrepreneurs and companies wishing to participate in the SGBICom program must first apply. Selected companies are given access to the program for at least one year. Depending on the development of the China business, the terms can be extended to up to five years.
